Rick Davis "even if she's not on the ballot"  UPDATE

Yesterday, on Morning Joe, Rick Davis said something that made my ears catch fire.  No not the thing about the personality test.  They were talking about the historic nature of the first woman nominated by the Republican Party.  Davis said, "Regardless of whether IT'S on the ballot, it's a historic pick."
